1. Performs $y \leftarrow x$
2. An index file input line looks like:

   <ID> <incX> <incY> <source file> <author name>
   

3. For complex with both vector strides 1, the real kernel is called with 2*N.
4. incX arbitrary incY=1 is interesting since it represents copying to contiguous storage.
